NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Orange County Community College (OCCC) (Owner), 115 South Street, Middletown NY 10940, hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for the following project:
WAYFINDING SIGNAGE
BID NO: ITB-OCCC-2018-29 / LMV PROJECT NO: OCCC-18095
The Owner will receive bids for the above project until 2:30 PM EST on Wednesday,
February 20, 2019 where they will be read aloud in Orange Hall, Room 212.
A recommended site visit is set for February 8, 2019 at 10:00 am, at which time the bidders can inspect the property and ask any questions. Site visit meeting is at the Facilities Office, Horton Hall, 2nd Floor (GPS: 22 Grandview, Middletown NY 10940).
All Bids must be delivered to an individual in Orange Hall, Room 220, Orange County Community College, 115 South Street, Middletown, New York 10940. Late bids will not be accepted. All bid envelopes must be marked with the bid title, bid number, date and time of opening and vendor name.

Bidders may secure copies of the Bid Documents from Fred Brennen, Director of Capital Projects, (845) 341-4600, at the Maintenance Office in Horton Hall, 2nd Flr:
- Payment of $50.00 per set, by certified check or money order, non-refundable, payable to Orange County Community College. Partial sets will not be issued.
- If Bid Documents are to be mailed, enclose a separate certified check or money order for
postage and handling in the amount of $50.00, payable to Orange County Community College or provide FedEx number for delivery.
Per Instructions to Bidders: Bid security in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each Bid. The Bid shall include all labor, materials, and equipment. Successful bidder is required to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond in amount equal to 100% of the Contract. Contracts for work under this project will obligate the successful bidder and his subcontractors to observe all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
No Bidder may withdraw a Bid within 45 days after date of the opening of Bids and the Owner reserves the right to extend another 45 days for a total of 90 days. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all Bids. The Owner reserves the right to award any part of this bid and reject the rest.
