Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for printing and processing up to a 40 page Adult Education Course Brochure and postcard in accordance with the specifications as detailed in this bid document. This bid covers the publication of the Winter 2010 brochure/postcard only. It is anticipated that due to major changes in the format of the publications, a new bid will be released to cover the printing of the Spring 2010 brochure.
