RFB-OUB-41-2010 - ART SUPPLIES MISCELLANEOUS (CTEC)

Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for providing ART SUPPLIES MISCELLANEOUS to be used as “classroom material” in our Career and Technical Education Center (CTEC). It is expected that all supplies shipped as a result of a bid award be “firsts” and of high quality, with no material or cosmetic defects. It is expected that all items listed in this bid will be ordered on one Purchase Order shortly after the bid award, however, this bid will be valid through December 31, 2010, and smaller orders may follow the initial depending on the changing needs of the program, including increased/decreased enrollment. All orders must be honored at the bid price through the term of the contract, with no extra charges for smaller orders.
