It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for providing COSMETOLOGY SUPPLIES (CTE) to be used as “classroom material” in our Career and Technical Education Center (CTEC). It is expected that all supplies shipped as a result of a bid award be “firsts” and of high quality, with no material or cosmetic defects.
This bid should identify unit prices for each item. Special price reduction after specific quantities are reached should also be identified.
Samples or complete description with copy of catalog page must be provided for all "or equal" or substituted items. **BIDDERS MUST SEND SAMPLES OF REQUESTED ITEMS IN ORDER FOR THEIR BID TO BE CONSIDERED**
It is expected that all items listed in this bid will be ordered on one Purchase Order shortly after the bid award, however, this bid will be valid through February 9, 2024, and smaller orders may follow the initial depending on the changing needs of the program, including increased/decreased enrollment. All orders must be honored at the bid price through the term of the contract, with no extra charges for smaller orders. Not every item may be purchased. Some items may be purchased in greater quantities and several deliveries may be required.
