Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this specification is to describe the minimum requirements for securing a qualified contractor to perform grass cutting and edging work at the Goshen Campus of Orange-Ulster BOCES and the Chester Learning Center, 3 Maple Ave., Chester, NY, as directed by the Director of Operations & Maintenance. Contractor to provide labor with adequate supervision, training, oversight, tools and equipment. The contractor must be able to perform grounds maintenance at all included BOCES facilities. Bid prices will include the supply of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete the work as specified and reasonably inferred in the Bid Document. Contractors submitting bids should thoroughly review all related documents and specifications, project sites, and any other information needed to submit bid. Prior to the awarding of the contract contractors must provide valid insurance certificate(s) meeting the minimums on the attached sample insurance certificate. Any additional supporting documentation you wish can be submitted.
