Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for providing labor and materials to build footings, walls, steps, brickfacing, concrete ramp floor and landings, and wall caps including excavation, epoxy coated rebar, masonry reinforcing, welded wire mesh, concrete forms and ties, sand, gravel, mortar and other materials in accordnace with project plans and specs. The brick is supplied by the owner. The pavers are to be supplied and installed by the owner. Grade and installation of Item 4 in the area of pavers are to be supplied by the contractor.
