Summary of Specifications:
The Orange-Ulster Board of Cooperative Educational Services (Orange-Ulster BOCES), in conjunction with EPEX, Inc., its energy purchasing consultant, is issuing this Natural Gas Request for Cooperative Bid on behalf of the following cooperating Orange County New York school district entities hereinafter referred to as either “Client(s)” or “Buyer(s)”: Orange County: Cornwall CSD, Monroe-Woodbury CSD, Newburgh CSD, and Valley CSD. All accounts included in this Request for Bids are located within the Central Hudson Gas & Electric (CH) service territory. The successful Bidder will be responsible for providing primary firm natural gas supplies, interstate pipeline transportation, scheduling and balancing, reporting, invoicing, and other administrative services as required. Each school district will award bids for its own accounts. The bidding documents and notice of award, in conjunction with the Bidder’s proposed supply contract (only if required and submitted by Bidder in their bid submittal), shall constitute the entire agreement between Client and Bidder.
