RFB-COOP-41-2022 - Network Printers (Cooperative)

It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for providing Network Printers/Copiers to the Orange-Ulster BOCES and participating cooperative school districts.  Orange-Ulster BOCES and/or its participating cooperative school districts intend to purchase Network Printers/Copiers, Accessories, and Service Plans and discounts and pricing offered by the vendor should reflect this arrangement.
Service plans should be provided as a monthly cost for each plan.  Pooling options should be provided to interested purchasers.  The % Discounts and monthly service plan pricing represent the minimum discount and maximum monthly service plan price.  The Orange-Ulster BOCES and its participating cooperative districts reserve the right to negotiate better pricing and/or terms than those offered upon mutual consent of the vendor and interested purchasers.
CPC Maintenance Contract Provisions 
All bids shall include provisions for fixed price maintenance on new hardware purchases.  Maintenance contract
pricing shall be established based upon a Cost Per Click (CPC) fee or pooling.  The CPC fee will be quoted by the successful
bidder at the time of purchase and shall not exceed the rates as offered by Bidder on the cost proposal sheet. 
CPC rates quoted at the time of purchase shall not escalate for a minimum of five (5) years from the original date
of installation.
