This RFP is designed to support districts to be able to focus on instruction by using New York State Certified teachers to score state assessments. The New York State certified teachers assigned by the vendor to score may not score any assessments from a district where they are currently working. Successful vendors will offer scoring consistent with state regulations and best data/assessment practices. Multiple vendors may be selected for this BOCES endeavor.
