Exclusive Beverage Pouring & Vending Rights & Services - RFP-Exclusive Beverage Pouring and Vending rights and Services

ABSOLUTELY NO BACK TO BACK COPIES OR SUBMITTALS.
The exclusive pouring/vending rights provided under the Contract shall apply to all facilities with the seven sites where the beverage items, as listed are sold. The District shall require all concessionaires, food service vendors and clubs selling beverages at the BOCES's facilities to purchase all beverage products, cups and carbon dioxide directly from the Vendor. 
The Vendor's proposal will separately state any additional vending services (snack, etc.) that the Vendor proposes to provide, including the costs and related terms and conditions, if any, associated with those additonal vending services.
The Vendor's proposal will separately state any other non-vending services (mentoring, tutoring, etc.) or funding for the same, that the Vendor proposes to provide at no cost to the District.
The proposal shall include all costs to furnish recycling containers to accomodate the anticipated number of empty beverage containers generated from the sale of beverage products at the District's facilities.
