Description

This is a bid for a general construction contract for exterior building improvements. Building West 460 (W460) is a 3,000 sq. ft. post frame, single story structure built in in 1972. Work involves the replacement of metal siding, sheathing and insulation, existing exterior windows, doors, and portico. Installation of rodent barrier, gutters, lot paving, eight (8) double hung windows, foundation drainage and perform structural slab fortifications. NOTE: This is a re-bid. CiTi bid this in May 2022, but did not receive responses. The previous bid requested the work be completed during the summer of 2022. This bid is requesting the work to be completed during the 2023 calendar and the contractor can note their availability on the 'Bid Schedule of Prices' (page 12 of bid packet).
