RFP 21-BG-001 - Architecture and Engineering Services for The Bunner Street Complex

Oswego County owns and operates an office complex at 70 Bunner Street in Oswego, NY.  One half of the building was leased to a mental health provider that vacated the building last year. The Oswego County Department of Buildings and Grounds is soliciting proposals from qualified Architecture and Engineering firms to perform an expedited assessment of the vacated portion of the complex and a plan to remodel the space for future use by other Oswego County Departments.
