The Oswego County Deferred Compensation Plan Committee (the "Committee") has developed this Request for Proposals ("RFP") to obtain proposals from qualified Administrative Service Agencies and/or Financial Organizations relating to trustee services only. If you are "qualified" according to the Regulations to administer, maintain records and accounts of tax-qualified plans and/or if you have appropriate trust services and/or products available for use as funding media, and you are interested in making those services and/or products available to the Committee, you are requested to provide a respond to this RFP with a proposal for such services within the time allotted hereunder.
