RFP 24-HR-001 - DENTAL PLAN SERVICES

Oswego County is seeking proposals from qualified consultants, companies, and/or individuals (herein after referred to as “consultant”) to provide a fully insured plan as described in this request for proposal (“RFP”). These services are currently not being provided. The successful vendor will be expected to provide a benefit plan that substantially matches the plans as outlined in exhibit A. The County is requesting proposals for two plan designs but will only implement one. The dental plan will be offered to active Management and Department Head employees and their dependents. There are currently 125 employees that will be eligible for this benefit. Dental benefits will be offered as a standalone election separate from medical.
