RFP 21-MH-002 - Mental Health Clinic Expansion Project

The Oswego County Department of Social Services Division of Mental Hygiene is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified entities to increase Outpatient Mental Health Clinic capacity for Adults within Oswego County.   The County of Oswego is seeking vendor(s) currently operating a NYS OMH Licensed Mental Health Outpatient clinic within Oswego County.  The intent of this RFP is to enable the County of Oswego to evaluate vendor interest, experience, qualifications, and capabilities to enter into a professional services agreement to add sites and/or clinicians to improve access to outpatient mental health treatment for adult residents of Oswego County.   The Mental Health Clinic Expansion Project provides One-Time funding to offset provider workforce challenges and fiscal barriers.
