The Oswego County Department of Social Services Division of Mental Hygiene is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) from vendors interested, experienced, qualified, and capable to enter into a professional service agreement to develop program(s) and/or direct service(s) which will abate and remediate the effects of the opioid epidemic in Oswego County. The purpose of this RFP is to enable the County of Oswego to evaluate a broad range of proposals designed to have a positive impact for county residents of all ages with, or at-risk of developing, Opioid Use Disorders, Substance Abuse Disorders, or Co-occurring Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders.
