BID 23-CDTP-003 - Oswego River Trail Design Development Project

Oswego County is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants and/or companies (herein after referred to as “General Contractor”) with regard to the development of a trail to create public access to the Oswego River at a pre-determined site between Lock #5 in Minetto and Lock #6 in Oswego.  All elements of the project are undertaken with funding provided by the New York State Department of State under Title 11 of the Environmental Protection Fund with cooperation of the New York State (NYS) Department of State, NYS Canal Corporation, NYS Department of Environmental Conservation and several Federal State and local agencies and officials
