Oswego County is seeking proposals for a Professional Computer Instructor to teach
computer classes at the Oswego County Workforce New York (OCWNY) American Jobs
Center located at 200 North Second Street in Fulton, NY. OCWNY is a unit of local
government responsible for providing services to meet the workforce development needs of
job seekers and businesses in Oswego County. The Career Center assists job seekers to
prepare for employment by providing a variety of services responsive to job seeker and
business needs. Up to $20,000 is available through this RFP to provide computer classes.
