Description

The County of Oswego is seeking proposals from New York State licensed Third Party Administrators to provide administration services on Workers Compensation Claims. The administrator will be responsible for assisting the County in the management of reserve funds, adherence to state mandates, reporting all necessary correspondence to the Workers’ Compensation Board, and claim management services, in addition to regular claims administration. The contract for these services will be awarded for a three-year period, with alternative 4th and 5th years, commencing January 1, 2025.
