The Port Chester-Rye Union Free School District (hereafter “the District") is requesting proposals from qualified individuals or firms/agencies (hereafter “The Physician”) to provide physician services to the District’s students for the remainder of the 2016 – 2017 school year, with an option to renew for the 2017 - 2018, 2018 - 2019, and 2019 – 2020 school years. The District's school year begins July 1st and ends June 30th.
