The purpose/objective of this RFP is the receipt by the County of bona fide proposals from Proposers with technical expertise and financial resources to enter into a public-private partnership to develop, construct, and manage a public safety training facility on 135 acres of undeveloped land in the Town of Southeast. It is anticipated that this land will be donated to the County in the very near future.
