Putnam County, New York seeks, from all interested software and implementation services vendors that have proven experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for the public sector, proposals for software installation and implementation services. The scope for the future system includes: general ledger/budget control, budget development, purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury management, project accounting, grant accounting, fixed assets, human resources, benefits and payroll.
