The Putnam County Departments of Mental Health, Social Services and Youth Bureau is seeking proposals to provide integrated co-occurring substance misuse and mental health treatment services in Putnam County.
Putnam County aims to create a system of care that is welcoming and effective in addressing the complex needs of all people in Putnam County, with a mission to create a “no wrong door” practice for accessing services. All proposals must strive to ensure that all services available to residents are person-centered, recovery oriented, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive.
