Summary of Specifications:
The Putnam County Purchasing Department is requesting proposals from Construction Management firms for the proposed Kent Senior Center The proposed project will consist of a 20,000 square foot, 2-story building and related site work to be built on County owned land located in the Town of Kent, New York. This facility will be dedicated to comprehensive services for the elderly. The anticipated completion date is fall, 2009. Construction Management services proposed to be included, but not necessarily be limited to: General Pre-Construction Responsibilities Preparation and Administration of Bid Packages Construction Supervision through owner sign-off
