Summary of Specifications:
The County of Putnam is seeking proposals from independent Certified Public Accounting firms to conduct an annual audit of the County’s financial statements for all funds and account groups for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017, with the option of two, one year renewals.
