1217-3 - Request for Information for Integrated Library System

To All Interested Vendors:
The Queens Borough Public Library (the “Library”), is issuing this Request for Information
(“RFI”) to experienced firms to obtain information about available Integrated Library Systems
(“ILS”).
The Library is interested in innovative approaches to serve its community and obtaining
information to deliver new services or ways to improve on delivering existing services. The
Library requests information from experienced and qualified firms that can provide ILS systems
and that are interested in responding to this RFI.
It is required that submissions be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. on January 19, 2018, each
proposer must submit two hard copies and a copy on CD or a flash drive or similar device in
either Microsoft Word or PDF format of a written response to the RFI # 1217-3 to:

To facilitate communication between the Library and vendors and to ensure that all vendors have
access to the same information, all information concerning this RFI will be posted on the
