The County of Rensselaer, New York (the "County") is issuing this Request for Proposals to engage a Financial Advisor to assist with the County's note and bond issuances. In addition, services may be required for advance refunding of existing bonds and other financing transactions as necessary. The County intends to award a contract for up to three years with the option of an additional two year extension, if mutually agreeable.
