RFP-21-10 - Preventative Maintenace for Medical Equipment-Van Rensselaer Manor Nursing Home

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to provide the Van Rensselaer Manor Nursing Home (VRM) located at 85 Bloomingrove Drive, Troy, New York 12180, with rates for the preventative maintenance for medical equipment located on-site at the facility. Any labor involved shall follow New York State Department of Labor Prevailing Wage Rates; The County of Rensselaer requires a pricing structure to include all labor, inspections costs, fuel and travel costs; Vendor representatives must be compliant with all New York State Health Department requirements for Vendors with regard to COVID-19 and any other Vendor limitations.  This may include vaccination, PPE usage and testing; and Service shall be provided Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EST).
