Rensselaer County Van Rensselaer Manor Nursing Home located at 85 Bloomingrove Drive, Troy, New York 12180 is interested in contracting for Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech Language Therapy (SLP) for the Clients residing at the Facility. The following information has been provided in this Request for Proposal (RFP) to interested companies. Receipt of the proposal documents does not indicate that the Van Rensselaer Manor has pre-determined your company’s qualifications to receive a contract award. Such determination will be made after the proposal opening and will be based on our evaluation of your proposal submission compared to the specific requirements and qualifications obtained in these proposal documents. The County reserves the right not to award the contract.
