Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to identify a qualified firm that can undertake a traffic site analysis for each of the Rochester City School District’s (District) 39 sites that currently house an elementary school program. The need for this analysis has been created by a revision of the arrival and dismissal times at the District’s elementary schools (See attached table with 08 – 09 bell times and proposed 09 -10 bell times).
