The Rochester City School District is seeking Proposals for an assessment delivery system for the District Wide Common Assessments.

These services must include an online administration platform, ability to score, at minimum, multiple choice question, ability for teachers to score constructed responses/essays within the system, a reporting ability for multiple levels of the organization, and training sessions on how to use the software system to many different stakeholder groups.

A Pre-Proposal Conference ZOOM call will be held on the Week of March 8 (EST) Time and date to be determined. Email Timothy.Schmandt@rcsdk12.org by noon on Friday March 5th if your firm is interested in participating in the conference call. Please provide a listing of all attendees in that email correspondence. This call is meant to provide an opportunity for vendors to have their written questions answered, as well as an occasion for additional clarification of the Proposal.
