Summary of Specifications:
The Rochester City School District is soliciting proposals for an automated notification system to broadcast messages, quick calls, absence reporting, etc. via telephone messages and e-mail notifications. The system can handle telephone surveys and is capable of detecting answering machines, call hang-ups and will call alternate numbers if the primary number is unreachable.

The District has approximately 31,800 students in 57 school sites and has approximately 5500 employess.
