Summary of Specifications:
The Rochester City School District (RCSD) is seeking Proposals from Rochester community partners who demonstrate outstanding commitment to Rochester’s children and can provide RCSD students with:
1. Quality Expanded Learning Time (ELT) enrichment and/or Supplemental Academic Services (SAS) opportunities during longer days, provided during ELT periods or recess/summer programs, and
2. Work with school and District staff to complement additional, aligned, academic, social, emotional, and/or physical opportunities to support our commitment to “more and better learning time” that leads to the success of our students.
Please Note: If a community partner will deliver services identical to those previously approved in their 2015 Request for Proposal, only a letter stating that their scope of services has not changed since the original 2015 RFP application is required. This letter will need to be submitted via email to Brian O’Connor (Brian.O’Connor@rcsdk12.org) by 2:30 p.m. (EST) on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 (a full application is not required). If services are different, please submit a new, full application.
