Summary of Specifications:
The Rochester City School District (RCSD) is seeking Proposals from the Rochester community of enrichment program providers, who demonstrate outstanding commitment to Rochester’s children to support Expanded Learning Opportunities. 

Rochester City School District has been involved in planning for expanded learning programming with various national partners in the field: National Center for Time & Learning (NCTL), The After-School Corporation (TASC), and Generation Schools. The RCSD Expanded Learning model focuses on the use of time as a lever for school improvement targeted toward focused school-wide priorities. District and community-based staff will collaborate within a new school day towards a small set of school-wide priorities to improve student achievement. Shared responsibility for planning, delivery of services, and accountability for this work is part of this collaborative model.
