PURPOSE
The Rochester City School District (RCSD) is seeking Proposals for the Office of Adult & Career Education Services (OACES) for an employment preparation and job placement services provider to provide on-site services to eligible OACES participants
 
Services must include the following:
 

1. Provide employment advisement, preparation and job placement and retention services to eligible OACES participants at OACES;
2. Offer support services to employers in identifying highly qualified individuals;
3. Track and report verification of employment and retention to OACES;
    
   The selected contractor will have a successful record of placing individuals in long-term employment and providing proper support services. 
    
   This program will begin January, 2020 and end June 30, 2020.
    
   The selection process may result in multiple awards of a one-year contract with an option to renew for up to four (4) additional one year-periods. The first renewal would be effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021.
