RFP-080514 - Employment Placement Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Rochester City School District (RCSD) is seeking Proposals for the Office of Adult & Career Education Services (OACES) to contract for services from a workforce preparation and job placement provider to work in collaboration with OACES staff to: 



1.) Provide employment advisement and job placement and retention services to OACES participants; 2.) Offer support services to employers in identifying highly qualified individuals; 3.) Track and report verification of employment and retention to OACES; 4.) Offer OACES participants the option of opening an Individual Development Account with a 100% match after completing 90 days “qualified” employment retention as described in the Desired Outcomes Section on pages 3 and 4 of this RFP within the Milestones table. 

The selected contractor will have a successful record of placing individuals in long-term employment and providing proper support services.
