Summary of Specifications:
The Rochester City School District is issuing this Request for Proposals from qualified vendors to provide evaluation services for a Federal discretionary grant entitled Safe Schools, Healthy Students. The SSHS, working in partnership with the local Community School Partnership Network, is a four-year program to implement an enhanced, coordinated, and comprehensive plan of activities, curricula, programs, and services that focus in five priority areas: Safe School Environment; Substance Abuse Prevention, Early Intervention; Mental Health Prevention and Treatment; Early Childhood Psychosocial and Emotional Development; and Supporting and Connecting Schools and Community.
