NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received for a contract to supply
Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (“FF&E”) to various Rochester City School District locations (the
“Contract”), as further described in the Bid Documents. Bids will be received at the RSMP Office
located at 70 Carlson Road, Suite 200, Rochester, New York 14610 by the Rochester Joint Schools
Construction Board (“RJSCB” a/k/a “Owner”) until 2:00 p.m. on January 23, 2018. Submit bids to the
attention of: Pepin Accilien, Program Director, Telephone No. 585-512-3807. Owner reserves the
right to reject any or all bids received.
