TFS-RFP-121721-FRFPE - Federal Relief Fund Program Evaluation

The Rochester City School District (hereinafter “RCSD” or “District”) is seeking expert external evaluators with demonstrated histories of effectiveness, to administer program evaluation on educational programs that are funded fully or partially by Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act (CRRSA) and/or American Rescue Plan Act (ARP) funds. The purpose of the program evaluation is to analyze fiscal and programmatic return on investment of use of funds and to provide program continuation analysis. If awarded, services are set to begin approximately March 2022 and run through September 2024. The selection may result in multiple awards of a one-year contract with an option to renew for up to four (4) additional one-year periods.
