Description

The Rochester City School District (hereinafter “RCSD” of “District”) is seeking Proposals for an Assessment for identifying gifted and talented students.

These services must include an online administration platform that can also be administered remotely, a multi-tiered testing approach with a screener and an assessment, online reporting ability for multiple levels of the organization, scored in a timely fashion so that results can be used to drive programing and training sessions on how to use the software system to many different stakeholder groups.
