Description

The Rochester City School District (hereinafter “RCSD” or “District”) is seeking Proposals for a cognitive testing program for identifying gifted and talented students.

These services must include an online administration platform that can also be administered remotely, a multi-tiered testing approach with a screener and a complete battery, online reporting ability for multiple levels of the organization, scored in a timely fashion so that results can be used to drive programing and training sessions on how to use the software system to many different stakeholder groups.
