TFS-RFP-010721-ibs - INSURANCE BROKER SERVICES

PURPOSE
The Rochester City School District (“District”) is seeking Proposals to contract with a qualified insurance brokerage/consultant firm (‘Firm”) to act as insurance consultant and “broker of record” with respect to the District’s insurance coverages.  The Firm will assist in-house staff with the strategic plan, design, continuous monitoring and negotiation of employee/retiree medical, prescription, dental, disability, life insurance, and other related benefit plans/programs.

The District desires to contract with the consultant/broker that can deliver high quality and comprehensive insurance services at the lowest possible cost to the District.  The successful consultant/broker shall demonstrate that it will act zealously to minimize the costs of health insurance coverage over the term of its agreement while also offering its brokerage services to the District at the lowest possible price.
