RFP-DWK-071024-TRAN - Interpreting and Translation

The Rochester City School District (also “RCSD” or “District”) is seeking Proposals for in-person and virtual translation services; as well as written translation as needed for multiple purposes, in various languages; to include sign language, throughout the Rochester City School District and charged at an hourly, daily (if applicable), or per page rate. We are looking to enter into a one-year contract with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms.

Additionally, to provide Interpretation and Translation services to multilingual families for multiple purposes, in various languages. This service includes document translation as well as in-person and virtual services scheduled and upon request throughout the District and charged at an hourly or per page rate. RCSD is looking to enter a one-year contract with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year terms.
