Purpose
The Rochester City School District (RCSD) is seeking Proposals to assist with design, implementation, and formative evaluation of the OACES Case Management Implementation Project. The Rochester City School District - Office of Adult & Career Education Services (OACES) will issue a professional services contract for a 42-month project period, with a Start of Project Date of January 1, 2020. The first project period will end June 30, 2020 (six months). The successful professional services contractor will then be eligible for three (3) additional renewable non-competitive 12-month terms. Contracts will be issued on a fixed-cost basis for each of the four project periods.
This professional services contract requires Case Management experience that is in-depth and across a broad range of settings; an understanding of the research informing high-quality Case Management (and specifically Case Management in a workforce preparation setting); strong leadership and project management skills; and, the ability to design and facilitate an ongoing, formative, internal evaluation that informs improvement of project strategies from a data-driven context.
As part of the organizational structure of OACES and to ensure the success of the OACES Case Management Project, the successful application will need the organizational power to implement change. The successful applicant for this professional services contract will serve as the OACES Case Management Supervisor for the 42-month period of performance.
