Description

With this RFI the Rochester City School District (RCSD) is requesting information regarding your company and your services. The same information will be gathered from different companies and may be used to determine with whom the RCSD will contract for services.

The intent of the contract is for a minimum of a five-year period. The contract will be a one-year contract with options to renew for (4) four additional one-year periods.

The vendor of choice is required to submit two invoices annually. The first invoice to be submitted on September 1st for half the RCSD employment as of 9/1 and the 2nd and final invoice submitted for the balance of the March 1st employment enrollment. All payments will be performed by using the ePayables process.
