PURPOSE
The Rochester City School District (hereinafter “RCSD” or “District”) is seeking Proposals to provide student transportation services for Secondary, Private & Parochial as well as Urban/Suburban students. The district is seeking proposals and presentations that vendors prepare that meet the transportation needs but also are looking for input as to recommendations on how best to navigate the challenges that are in place with the COVID-9 pandemic.
