Summary of Specifications:
The Rochester City School District (RCSD)is soliciting sealed proposals for an independent contractor to provide an anonymous reporting system to manage a school safety hotline, workplace abuses and other ethical issues.

The system will include operating a confidential reporting whistleblower hotline that is available to all RCSD employees, students, contractors, or others to report any perceived danger to its students or employees and to report suspected fraud, waste or abuse of District resources.
