The Rochester City School District (hereinafter “RCSD” of “District”) is seeking Proposals for the Office of Adult & Career Education Services (OACES) for a consulting firm with a unique, holistic approach to Title IV compliance and enrollment management. OACES wants a suite of exclusive, custom-tailored products and services that align with its innovative, synergistic approach to regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, customer service, and enrollment management. In concert with this distinctive methodology, the consultant should provide customized training, process-flow design, compliance oversight, and management consultation.
