The Rochester City School District (hereinafter “RCSD” of “District”) is seeking Proposals for the Office of Adult & Career Education Services (OACES) for a full-service financial aid third party servicer that can provide processing, verification and packaging of our Title IV students. To better serve our students, the RCSD must have readily available access to the financial aid professionals as its servicing partner. Support RCSD’s new and continuing students by assisting them with the financial aid process via phone and email correspondence.
