Description

PURPOSE
The Rochester City School District (hereinafter “RCSD” or “District”) is seeking Proposals for actuarial services to provide an annual estimate of the reserve requirements for its self-insured Workers’ Compensation program. These actuarial estimates will be utilized to report any liabilities in the financial statements for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027 and in accordance with all applicable Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) requirements.

Proposal Due Date: Proposals must be received in the Purchasing Department no later than 2:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time), Wednesday, March 15th.

Vendors must submit one (1) signed original Proposal response within a binder marked “Original” to the address below. Each proposal must contain a cover sheet with clear point-of-contact information. Additionally, a copy of the Proposal must be submitted on a thumb drive which shall contain the Proposal, Appendices, and any attachments
